I loved to make this outfit. Ariel is a fun and playful girl, and I was so excited to take this character and bring her to life.

This wasn't a costume I had really been planning, it just fell into my lap. I saw the lovely white netting material and just knew what costume needed to be made!

This costume consists of a slip skirt, 2-layed skirt, shirt, black bodice, black choker, and blue hair bow.
