I love to sew: be it reattaching buttons on a coat, sewing a new dress, or even making something beautiful to wear or compete in.
I am a graduate of the University of Texas - Arlington. My base of operations is constantly on the move around the country.
I am looking forward to the adventure that Sew What?! is offering me as an online portfolio and small business.

My Story
I am really blessed to have been born into such an amazing family, yes including my little brother (who is awesome beyond compare). From a young age I was introduced to sewing, my mother would sew blankets and toys for children in our community and even stitched together some beautiful and fun dresses for me. Even my grandmothers are talented seamstresses, some of their work I keep with me to this day. As I grew older I was brought into the colorful world of fabrics and grew excited with the opportunities open to me because of sewing. I could fix dresses to fit me, mend buttons on shirts, even fix the hem of pants and skirts that weren't quite right. This lead to me trying to make new and beautiful things, and costumes just felt right, not to mention how fun they are to put together.
I love making something new, and love it even more when the person wearing the clothes is happy to wear them.
