Sailor Moon (Neo Queen/Princess Serenity)

This costume was an absolute joy to make, all the pieces just seemed to fall into place at the last minute to make this costume feel powerful and royal.

This costume was put together to be paired with a friend of mine who was my Chibiusa (or Rini in the english dub version, she is in pink). We discussed doing a pair together and came up with Sailor Moon, a show we both have loved.

This costume consists of a floor length petticoat, a very full gathered circle skirt with a train, white bodice, pearl moon necklace, gold spiral earrings, and a moon tiara.
