Ursula (Black Tie)

I found a stunning simple black dress while out shopping with my Mother-in-Love. I loved it's clean lines and lovely silhouette, and just couldn't get the idea of a Black Tie Ursula out of my head. I don't know when or even if I will finish this gown, but it has been started, and I am excited to continue adding elements until it is perfection.
